Resumen
This article describes the process of designing a SCADA platform built on a graphical programming environment with Labview software, whose purpose is to supervise the fuel consumption of diesel power plants and their electricity generation, making it possible through the interface and graphical indicators developed to show fuel tank level indices, Diesel consumption in real time and electric generation among others, in order to determine if a generator is behaving efficiently according to the indexes that the manufacturer determines that, for a certain level of electricity generation corresponds to a certain level of nominal consumption of Diesel fuel, failure to maintain operating criteria would mean that there is a waste of fuel with the economic and environmental implications that it brings also indicates that must make electromechanical corrections for an efficient electric generation.
