Resumen
This investigation is to describe the significance of the educational model of INPEC and the importance of the strategies addressed by inmates Penitentiary and Prison Metropolitan from Bogotá COMEB, which is used as prison treatment and right to redemption penalty, thoughts, feelings and emotions that evokes the inner face of education he is receiving as well as theoretical knowledge and practical skills it has achieved in the time that has been allocated to the educational process. The inmates feel is approached from the emotions and feelings that the subject expresses naturally and spontaneously, giving meaning to the strategies addressed theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the educational process that is obtaining each particular subject. On the other hand, as transcendental aspect, the main suggestions made by the inmates gathered from the needs arising in each individual during the training process, as well as the conclusions which came with this investigation, so it is effective and meets the minimum requirements established by the MEI to be presented to the Directives of the Institution INPEC
