Resumen
This work consists of the composition and assembly of five songs of peasant or traditional music from the Guavio region. The organology of this musical format is: marking guitar, leading guitar, guacharaca and three voices. In the first instance, an agile tour is made through the context of the author and his motivations to carry out the degree work. Subsequently, a simple explanation is made about the possible influences and main characteristics of the musical genre known as country music or "guasca" in the Guavio region. Then, the songs, their lyrics, and their history are presented within the peasant context. A detailed summary of the process of composing the lyrics and music is made. The document ends showing in detail through a blog, the assembly process of the songs. At the same time, it reveals important elements in the interpretation of peasant music; by solving different problems and challenges to achieve an optimal product. The work ends with the presentation of videos of the songs recorded live.
