Resumen
Some educational institutions tend to favor approaches cognitive, relegating the activities of the oral language that prioritize effective communication. Because of this the investigation it was proposed to strengthen the process of active listening in a group of students of an IED in Bogotá. Well when analyzing the problem from on the interpretive hermeneutic paradigm, approach the qualitative method and the investigation action, as routes that allowed the implementation of pedagogical workshops as a didactic strategy, which certified changes in the micro skills, attitudes and knowledge that intervene in the process of listening to the participating students, achieving a more successful communication within the classroom, manifested in marked scenarios for a feedback and a scriptural referent that allowed the inferential reconstruction of communicated data.
