Resumen
The purpose of this research is to carry out a detailed analysis of the ASAB faculty at the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas from the perspective of its faculty. Population analysis helps us to understand the social, economic and cultural context of a group of people, and in the case of higher education institutions, it is essential to characterize the individuals who are part of the institution to improve processes and decision making. Therefore, the need arises to examine in detail the faculty of the ASAB Faculty with the objective that the University Welfare department can make effective strategic decisions, focusing on improving the motivation and satisfaction of teachers in their work and addressing specific needs that have not yet been identified. From a methodological perspective, a systematic literature review was carried out with a structured approach involving several research stages, which included the determination of search equations, the identification and definition of variables to design a characterization instrument, and the application of this instrument through stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out using a Microsoft form via institutional mail, and the results obtained were managed and analyzed using descriptive statistics and data visualization tools. This allowed the subsequent creation of a detailed profile of the faculty of the ASAB Faculty at the Universidad Distrital
