Abstract

ACACIA is one of the Cooperation Centers for the Promotion, Strengthening and Transfer of Good Practices that Support, Cultivate, Adapt, Communicate, Innovate and Welcome the university community worldwide. From this great project, 5 modules have been established which focus on different aspects that influence the learning process, these 5 modules are: • The Cultivate module: Develops didactic skills of teachers and students. • The Support module: develops institutional competencies for support and monitoring of socio-cultural needs in order to reduce student dropout. • The Convenes module: It integrates all the modules for the communication production of information about educational solutions. • The Empower module: develops the autonomy of teachers in the creation and appropriation of content and accessible and customizable adaptations, in community of practice environments. • The Innova module: develops the capabilities for creating applications and devices to meet the educational needs of vulnerable populations. From this, the development of the Learning Objects Repository is proposed, which is a database that stores information on learning objects used in the scope of the ACACIA project.
