Resumen
Quality management is a concept that is transversal to the general administration of a company, whatever its type and economic sector. The main difficulty that a SME presents when it comes to the implementation of quality management systems is the how. Through the methodological proposal presented to the company ENACERO it was intended to generate a model adjusted to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard so that it will be able to carry out this work and thus be able to standardize its work and increase the efficiency of the productive processes presented there. This work was carried out analyzing the structure of the company and generating, based on this analysis, an application model that allowed them to apply the quality concepts in his daily proceeding.
For the SGC model it was proposed to act on two main fronts; 1) Generate some adaptations to the company for the implementation of the SGC, and 2) Implement three integral tools within the quality management in the company; A) a Documented Information Management System (SGID) that allows it to know in depth the details of the processes, the contextual location of these, the responsibilities and all the related relevant points, b) a Production Management System ( SGP) to modify the way in which it is produced, standardize the company's products and processes and order the work for continuous improvement in the company, and c) the implementation of a Safety and Health Management System at Work (SG -SST) as established in Decree 1443 of July 2014, which allows the company to manage the risk to which all employees are exposed and determine the activities required for the reduction and control of risks in the company.
