Resumen
To synthesize new compounds that as a result present biological activity is important in the field of drug development. The derivatives of pyrimidines and selenocyanates have a wide variety of pharmacological properties. In this work six compounds derived from selenocianoaminopiridines were synthesized from multicomponent reactions (MCRs) using malononitrile, selenium oxide, which at the same time this methodology has several advantages compared to classical syntheses, where studied the parameters such as yields, synthetic procedures and reaction times establishing that multicomponent reactions is an excellent option for selenocyanoaminopyrimidines. The obtained products were characterized by proton and carbon 13 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR), confirming the desired compound.
