Propuesta de diseño de aplicativo como herramienta de apoyo al avalúo inmobiliario en la gestión predial

Abstract

This document addresses the continuous improvement in the performance of appraisals through an application design proposal as a support tool for real estate appraisal in property management. It is intended to be done from the project approach, taking into account which would be the processes, delivery times, resources, staff allocation, critical routes and other factors necessary to carry out this continuous improvement project in which the final delivery is intended to deliver the design of the application. This in order to solve two problems in the sector, the first one related to the acquisition of information, due to its data quality and the interoperability between the different institutions that have the cadastral and cartographic information and secondly with the time required in the realization that are intended to be optimized by means of this tool. In order to achieve this, an analysis of the literature is also sought in order to propose the tool that best suits the optimization of appraisals for property management.
