Resumen
The work begins with an introduction to multiple readings, political, economic and aesthetic of the school community social character and how are you bring them forms, mutations and interventions on the appropriation of the territory; Thus, once recognized the different manifestations and effects that brings the transformation of the urban landscape in the audiovisual development of school culture to the formulation of proposals for informal and intercultural arts education that contribute to the integral development of the town of Tunjuelito is from. The work has three chapters; the first chapter is on two titles (Local History and Cityscape) in them are three subtitles (Tunjuelito - intercultural territory transition from countryside to city and Imaginarios children and cultural heritage) talking about the history of the town of Tunjuelito, progress in population training and assets. In its second chapter referring to the artistic and aesthetic, intercultural and imaginary referents urban, having among the same a subtitle (urban Imaginarios) which takes several exponents who have work in the town and others where their techniques are part of several interventions found in the territory of Tunjuelito. Finally the third chapter contains a title (educational component) which in turn contains five subtitles (Arts Education and intercultural photography and video as social documents, Bogotá educating city, cultural policy and cultural projects) where Research is taken - Action- method and Participative as informal and intercultural art education as a tool for building and reflection of the subject in its social context. It concludes with several conclusions within which cultural expressions are the most significant element and participate in the construction of local memory.
