Resumen
The management in ports for the control and monitoring of the wild flora that enters sale or is in transit in the country, should be a missionary activity for the environmental authorities with jurisdiction in the closed ports designated by means of Decree 1909 of 2000 and later by Decrees 197 of 2004 and 1076 of 2015. However, the information generated by environmental legislation in this regard is very restricted, since it practically does not have accounts with registers or databases on flora control. Based on this scenario, the need to elaborate and materialize a protocol was seen, its structure beyond what was proposed with other instruments created in the framework of forest governance in Colombia; that integrates three work stages corresponding to: planning, development of control and monitoring, and finally the post of control and monitoring; The internal procedures of the environmental authorities in a feasible, feasible and executable scenario in the short term in the authorized ports for the control and surveillance of the wild flora
