Resumen
The internship project is focused on a study of the local distribution system EMSA (Electrificadora del Meta SAESP.) And review of the database in the system for administration of distribution networks (SPARD®) for the coordination of protections in level II. From the current state of the circuits, evaluate and obtain the optimal location of cutting equipment and protections, using the topology of the distribution database, the history of interruptions (provided by the EMSA) by means of probabilistic simulations (with probabilities derived from the history of interruptions). To achieve the above object, a methodology and / or software for optimizing service quality will be used. The optimum location of the intermediate recloser (and / or intermediate reclosers) of each feeder is determined. To comply with the 8% annual reduction in quality of service indicators for five regulatory periods, as determined by circular CREG 019 of 2017. According to the historical fault information, the calculation of quality indicators is performed of the service for the faults received, With the supplied single-line diagram and the feeder header readings, the load flows of the Transmission and Sub-transmission system will be calculated determining the voltage and current profiles in each level II feeder output. Subsequently with these results and with the protections optimally located through the process of random simulations with a statistical base of the fault history, with the construction of active and reactive power load curves by weighting the working days and holidays, each transformer distribution will be calculated the levels of Short Circuit Three Phase and Single Phase (Maximum, Medium and Minimum) at the head level of each circuit. Subsequently, the connection of the new reclosers and fuses is carried out.
