Abstract

This degree document brings together all the experiences obtained in the internship as a student of musical arts, at the Asab Faculty of Arts, in the Music Management of the Institute of the Arts of Bogotá- Idartes. From the activities carried out and the information collected during the internship, a series of experiences are obtained based on different spaces and experiences that were necessary for my training as a professional in the music industry. Thanks to the call launched by Idartes, in the first semester of 2022, I can apply and subsequently be chosen as an intern, to carry out my degree work in Music Management, in the internship modality, thus allowing me to learn and develop in an area in which I had not previously had the opportunity to work, learn and gain experiences, which allowed me to further expand my vision as an instrumental musician within the industry. This report exposes a series of activities in which a series of strategies and objectives are used and developed that promote musical practices at an interdisciplinary level together with a set of strategies that are developed through different mechanisms and projects, the which adapt each year.
