Resumen
The conception of the interface design and operating system of a Geographic Viewer based on of GIS tools for the storage, consultation and analysis of the information generated by the Economic Information Sub-Management of the Special Administrative Unit of Cadastre District- UAECD, lies in the elaboration of User Stories by phases and User History Epic, in which the requirements and acceptance criteria necessary for the Viewer development. This approach allows for an implementation that precisely fits the the specific and general needs of the Deputy Management and its internal groups, such as Census Real Estate, Assignment and Approval of Securities, Commercial Appraisals, Review of Appraisals and Capital Gain. The goal of this project is rooted in improving storage efficiency, see and analysis of geospatial data, integrating the geographical dimension with the information economic, that is why, throughout this, the importance of the preparation of User Stories, which represent an essential tool to understand and document specific and general needs, since, by detailing usage scenarios and specific requirements, provide a clear guide for the development of the Viewer achieving a better understanding with end users and their requirements, which facilitates the implementation of a design that ensures that each functionality is aligned with the real needs of the Deputy Management and its internal groups. The Viewer interface, based on User Stories, is presented as an instrument intuitive that makes it easier for users to access relevant information by allowing visualization accurate and georeferenced, and carrying out detailed analyzes of the economic information of real estate in the jurisdiction of the city of Bogotá D.C., through the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools, which guarantee data integration geospatial, topographic and cadastral in a way that facilitates a detailed and updated analysis of property valuation processes and that allows interoperability with other platforms used by the UAECD. In this context, User Stories act as a crucial bridge between user expectations and effective implementation of the Viewer, ensuring a solution that really meets the specific needs of the Deputy Management.
