Propuesta para la planeación y programación de la producción en Textile New Color Ltda

Abstract

The proposal for the planning and programming of the production in the garment company Textile New Color Ltda., Aims to facilitate the management of resources and production processes within the company. The development of this project seeks that the company includes efficiency and effectiveness within their production processes, this being a door to mitigate the bottlenecks and achieve more productive. To start a diagnosis is made in order to know the current status of the company, providing a global and integral vision of the current situation. The results show clearly that the organization has some aspects to improve, which will have to be analyzed from a strategy that is functional and satisfies the needs of the company in relation to the continuous improvement of its productive processes.
