Informe de investigación para el Proyecto Institucionalizado Novela Colombiana Hoy : del Canon a la Marginalidad Mediática

Abstract

Research report: contributions to the institutionalized project “Colombian novel today: from the canon to media marginality” In the present investigation report it shows the results of the participation in the research project institutionalized “Colombian novel nowadays: from Canon to media marginality”, developed by the group Imago Literary of Distrital University Francisco Jose de Caldas. The objective is to find the aesthetic particularities and the apparent problems in the Colombian novel which doesn’t have media acknowledgment in the last two decades. The theoretical approach is phenomenological, the methodology is qualitative and was done in three phases: exploratory, which made the search corpus for investigation; descriptive, in which a descriptive exercise was conducted on five novels nominated for this particular work, aspects such as the location and identification of works and natural identification of problem-oriented categories; reflective, which developed a reflective exercise on problem-oriented categories and specific problems in each of the designated novels. This contribution led to the conclusion that the non-canonical novel explores Colombian and shows deeply and aesthetic sense the fundamental problems of humanity, reflected in violence, social inequality and existential problems. Finally, it is important to carry out this types of investigation at school, so that known other writers and consider other ways of seeing reality.
