Desarrollar la metodologia de las 5S en OSC Telecoms & Security Solutions S.A.S

Abstract

The 5S is a simple method that allows to establish and maintain improvements with the commitment of the entire organization in terms of order and cleanliness issues, all this through the PHVA cycle, this project is aimed at the implementation of the 5S in OSC Telecoms & security solutions SAS. To accomplish this, a diagnosis was made in each different area to have a starting point as a reference, then the very general idea was presented to the management, knowing that it should be supported by it, continuing, a weekly training of each one of the "S", then an implementation and an evaluation by means of photos and the same initial test, where the before and after would be seen, we arrive at the conclusion that the 5s is a continuous follow-up and a lot of training not only with the subject, but of leadership and commitment on the part of the collaborators since without them it would not be possible to achieve the objective.
