Resumen
The research project is part of the Cycle of Innovation and Research and Pedagogical Project Contemporary Dynamics of Urban Space II version of the Bachelor’s Degree in Basic Education with Emphasis in Social Sciences at the Francisco José de Caldas District University, which sought to work on urban problems and for the particular case of the present work, land use, right to the city and popular education. This project was developed in the María Paz neighborhood, belonging to UPZ 80 - Corabastos of the locality of Kennedy, and had two lines of work. The research line looked for to understand the transformation of land use in the neighborhood from normative and citizen action, and the pedagogical line that articulated elements of the research to a popular education process called "Diploma in community management and land use planning: weaving decent neighborhoods for life", which was worked from the perspective of the right to the city with inhabitants of the neighborhood.
