Resumen
The Association of Rural Women of Mosquera (ASOMURUM) is made up of women dedicated to agricultural work who have dedicated themselves to the cultivation of vegetables, with the objective of expanding the portfolio of products of the association is proposed to venture the cultivation of strawberries and blueberries. This monograph formulates a value chain proposal that should be followed by the strawberry and blueberry crops of the association that groups small producers in Mosquera to obtain better results, produce better products, increase job creation and reduce poverty (Nutz & Sievers, 2016). Through the mapping of the current value chain of vegetables are established the links that make up the chain, the processes that occur within each of these and the actors that intervene from the conception of the product to the consumer. At the same time, limitations and opportunities of the system that influence value aggregation are identified and taken into account in the value chain proposal based on short food supply chains (SFSC).
