Diseño de un plan de mantenimiento basado en confiabilidad para el proceso de digestión y prensado de la planta de extracción de aceite de palma “Extractora El Roble S.A.S” Pactman

Abstract

This document shows the development for the implementation of a maintenance management system for a palm oil extraction plant called the oak, located in a town called Tucurinca, in the department of Magadalena. To start this process, the equipment that is part of the digestion and pressing process was analyzed, a list of the equipment and elements that make up the phases of the study process was prepared, reviewing the plans and documenting the existing faults and possible failures. Then proceeded to define the operational context of the equipment by a list of functions and operating parameters associated with each element of the team, analyzed the failure modes and their consequences, established the tasks to be performed, a plan scheme was designed of maintenance based on reliability for the process of digestion and pressing. Finally, the use of indicators to edit the performance of the personnel in the maintenance area was proposed and recommendations were made to improve the traceability of the maintenance carried out in the phases of the digestion and pressing process.
