Análisis integral de los predios fiscales de uso institucional en Sibaté, Cundinamarca: diagnóstico físico, jurídico y económico

Abstract

The present work was proposed when knowing the misuse and the great outdatedness of the fiscal properties in the municipality of Sibaté, Cundinamarca, it was carried out to analyze said properties, carrying out a comprehensive diagnosis that considered the physical, legal and economic aspects; covering a detailed inventory with current information on said properties. Verifications of current information, cadastral consultations were carried out in portals such as IGAC, because this information is not always available in open data; It is always suggested to review these portals in order to verify the similarity or agreement with the official website of the mayor's office. Also counting on physical inspections taking a tour of each of the assets under study; thus allowing a comprehensive diagnosis to be carried out, guiding it in accordance with the current regulations of the Municipality of Sibaté. As a result of the work, an updated inventory was obtained of the physical component of fiscal assets for institutional use, the economic component carrying out a methodology that allows finding their commercial value and the legal component knowing all the current regulations through Agreement 011 of 2002. Along with this, some recommendations are also attached to take into account to carry out said recognition processes and implementation of information by the mayor's office in order to achieve an updated cadastre.
