Abstract

The Special Administrative Unit of Civil Aeronautics has the obligation to direct and organize air transport services in Colombia, monitoring the compliance with aeronautical regulations ensuring a high level of efficiency to meet the required demand, which is why it is necessary to have physical spaces owned by Civil Aeronautics for the creation of different infrastructure whether airports, airfields, radio aid or offices administrative. The Property Administration Unit within the Aerocivil is in charge to carry out the property acquisition processes by carrying out the processes legal procedures for the awarding of titles using tools such as review of the legal history of the properties and updating of the information graphic through topographic surveys that allow identifying different physical characteristics such as dimensions, boundaries and topography.
