Resumen
The Muisca culture in the School is a research that contributes to reflection on the Muisca identity of the Cabildo Muisca in Bosa for its recognition within a framework of intercultural understanding among Manuel Del Socorro Rodríguez School students, through weaving and dance as cultural manifestations. For this, it was investigated about the importance of Muisca identity through the stories the people of this community make, it was correlated intercultural understanding frameworks in both communities the Cabildo (council) and the School through a qualitative, dialogic and polyphonic methodology based on the concept of the workshop as an effective device of research, reflection in action for professional skills and abilities that characterize the critical teachers for empowering subjects, Muiskanoba as an effective form of cultural claim and recreation of ancestral identities, Non-parametric Didactics as an educational proposal that validates the historical subject in their daily lives as a producer of knowledge, Sharing Circles as an epistemology of communication in the interaction that enables dialogue of knowledge and beings, all these above elements were framed in action research.
