Abstract

The need to systematize the registration process of medical records for pets, personalized way oriented veterinary medicine sector, an agile, secure and allows excellent control in the management of data, thus providing excellent and welfare service to the community is difficult for organizations providing health service, but using new web technologies for information management, it becomes an efficient and effective process to meet the proposed needs. This document contains the phases of development of the "web information system for managing medical records, health care and hygiene products for sale offered by a veterinary clinical center" and describing the steps through the different stages to fulfill its General purpose. Thus the analysis phase in which the requirements are raised and the system must meet, represented in various diagram types dedicated to it (sequence, collaboration, activity) are defined is presented. On the other hand, it presents the layers that make up the system through the MVC (Model View Controller) models, from which it is implemented. The implementation phase of the system is achieved through languages PHP version 5, HTML5, JavaScript and database engines like MySQL, development tools programming large profits. After this phase, the system created proceeds to step test to be validated by end users
