Abstract

The formulation of an alternative that allows, whether to stop producing, recycling, properly disposing of or reusing these textile elements, arises as a challenge that now faces the circular economy that evidenced the desire to continue a process that has stalled since The initial phase of waste disposal is seen as a promoter of another process, so that industrial symbiosis is an alternative solution for the disposal of textile waste. In this way it is intended to capture in this document an idea that wants to be part of the solution to the problem, creating a business plan to generate a market value to these residual elements through its transformation into decoration and design elements, incorporating values of social and environmental responsibility within the closing of the life cycle of what for many industries and society itself is considered as garbage. Consequently, the document breaks down the way in which according to the diagnosis of the textile industry, in the face of its closure of the life cycle, the elements of recirculation and efficiency are lacking not only energy but also resources, work by which one of the multiple alternatives was developed to handle this type of waste
