Abstract

The next document describes the process with which the technological monitoring and valuation of the Sabio Caldas probe project was carried out. This monitoring and valuation had the purpose of formalizing the results of the Sabio Caldas project. In order to carry out this formalization process, an analysis of the patent protection of some modules was carried out, containing the Sabio Caldas probe. Through this analysis, 3 Requests for Utility Models and a patent application for software, to achieve the requests had to generate an investigation of the technological background that could have the probe, thanks to this is generated a document of state of the art with this technological background. It also makes an assessment of the documents generated by this project and generate some changes to these documents in order to generate publishable documents. In addition, the socialization of the research results of the probe Sabio Caldas will be supported.
