Resumen
This report compiles, shares and evidences the experiences and activities implemented throughout the Internship for the technical development of the bowed string students of the symphony orchestra of the Waldorf educational and social corporation, located in the town of Ciudad Bolívar in the neighborhood Sierra Morena. The Francisco José de Caldas University and the Corporation made an agreement that allowed me, as a student of the same, to carry out a methodological proposal that I seek to complement and strengthen the musical and orchestral training program aimed at children and adolescents in the sector, having clear that the methodology carried out complies with the vision and mission of the CES Waldorf. In this document, some activities, experiences and reflections developed in the classes are evidenced and, likewise, the results obtained in these spaces are disclosed. This internship helped me broaden my thinking as a teacher and helped me understand that the academy does not finish giving all the bases we need to be able to become an integral teacher, since it is necessary to be in the flesh in social contexts that help us. to explore other types of events either out of necessity or because it is necessary to learn it. Learning to understand not only the musical part but also the emotional and social part of the students.
