Factores que Inciden en la subutilización de los parques estructurantes de Bogotá: una estrategia sostenible para maximizar el potencial socioeconómico y ambiental. Localidad de Bosa (Parques Estructurantes La Esperanza Y Tibanica)

Abstract

This research analyzes the current conditions of the La Esperanza and Tibanica parks in Bogotá, with the aim of identifying opportunities to optimize their use and promote sustainable strategies to prevent underutilization. The results are based on a series of community surveys and the analysis of infrastructure, economic, social, and demographic aspects. It was found that both parks present deficiencies in maintenance, accessibility, and social inclusion, as well as poor coordination between institutional management and citizen participation. The results highlight the need to strengthen security, improve sports and cultural offerings, and consolidate comprehensive management comprised of environmental, social, and administrative components to ensure the sustainable use of these public spaces.
