Modelo de potabilización de aguas producto del lavado de filtros en la Ptap Tibitoc de la EAAB-ESP

Abstract

Due to the water problems that the planet presents every day, it is necessary to optimize in the best way the water resources that we have today, it is for this reason that the present project is staging for the Bogotá ESP Aqueduct and Sewer Company in its Tibitoc Potable Water treatment plant, a potabilization model that consists of the recirculation of the water coming from the washing of filters that are currently discharged to the sludge lagoon of the plant, to reinstate these waters to the initial treatment system so that these can be taken to the distribution network or be used again in the washing of the filters, preventing the sludge lagoon from clogging, reducing wastewater discharges to the water sources near the plant and especially having a saving in the operation costs of the plant of approximately 5% of the current cost.
