Resumen
This research is about a pedagogic experience related to writing in order to improve the evaluation process in the written production of narrative texts: the chronicle. The starting point was based on the difficulties faced by a group of ninth graders in a public school in Bogotá. Which were the lack of knowledge about the cognitive process of the writing composition when making use of the subprocesses: planning, translation and review, since they were took as stages not related to each other, as well as the absence of cooperative work and the formative evaluation when producing their writings. The development of this investigation ratified the importance of creating favorable learning environments. Simultaneously, this leaded to the recognition of the design, organization and planning of the process of education - learning concerning the interests and needs of the students like actors responsible for their own processes with the intention of benefiting the knowledge construction on the narrative texts.
