Resumen
The present project was carried out in emphasis to the necessity and facility that the employee requires in the work station before the use of pneumatic tools; in this way a prototype has been designed that allows to give efficiency and effectiveness to the work that is wanted to be carried out giving use of an air compressor. The model was developed under four basic stages: The mechanical structure, which allows the autonomous movement of an air pressure control valve, regulated through a pressure sensor implemented at its outlet, which allows the pressure signal to be acquired in real time. The interaction between the wireless modules, for the interconnection and communication between devices, which allow the entry and exchange of information in the system according to the selection of the operator. The controller, which allows the acquisition of data together with the variable to be managed, allowing the movement of the valve to be generated, given the selection control by means of four different states, and finally the visualization where it is indicated that specific pressure is desired to be managed from the four available and the reading of the sensor at the exit of the valve. It is desired then to avoid the displacement of the operator before the manual control of the mechanism in question, being allowed to carry out this work with a remote control.
