Resumen
This document is made from the personal interest in reflecting on the influence that emotions have on the training and staging of a dancer. In the first section of the document, three phases are proposed, corresponding to the methodological process, in which the concepts 'technique' and 'emotion' are exposed in detail from an extensive bibliographic review, which serves as an input in the personal construction of these concepts. Subsequently, the process of creation and stage presentation of the choreographic piece "Unoveratus" is examined, focusing on the relationship between the exploration exercises proposed by the director of the play and the emerging states of mind, reflecting on the incidence of these in the interpretive performance of the dancer. Finally, the document concludes with a series of reflections on the interrelationship between emotions and technique in the dance field and the importance of a holistic teaching practice in training, education and learning spaces for dancer.
