Plan de negocios y estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de ingeniería civil enfocada a la ejecución de proyectos de menor y mínima cuantía

Abstract

This project seeks to evaluate the feasibility of creating a company dedicated to the construction of civil works through small and minimal projects in the public and private sectors. This work will be carried out through research models, application of knowledge obtained in the academic and work framework of civil engineering, strategic administrative planning and the principles of formulating a business plan that allows determining the viability and sustainability of said company. . The spatial context of formulation of this project is carried out in the construction sector in Colombia, understanding that it is a market that is in constant growth and change, which leads to the existence of niches that allow the development of the industry and the civil works. This company develops activities in the field of the execution of civil works such as the construction, adaptation, improvement, rehabilitation, renovation and restructuring of interior spaces in buildings, wet networks and dry networks, signage, roads and public and real estate space, among others. . Additionally, the company will be established in accordance with the country's regulations regarding its constitution as a company and the development of the projects it contracts, emphasizing compliance with the quality management models and technical standards applicable to each project. The strengthening of these policies is accompanied by the sustainable development of the company, guaranteeing cash flow and investment policies that continually improve the conditions of workers, collaborators, investors and clients, with the aim of establishing continuous improvement processes that position the company. with a solid and functional value proposition, and that contribute to the development of the construction sector in the country. Finally, it is important to clarify that the company will initially focus on projects of minor and minimum value, due to the technical and documentary requirements established in Colombia for the participation of bidding processes with higher amounts, since being a new company it will not be able to comply with some of these conditionals. However, this limitation is 16 temporary, while the company generates greater experience in the market and strengthens its economic indicators.
