Abstract

It is a company dedicated to managing real estate transactions, such as the sale and lease of real estate as well as the valuation thereof for internal decision making as well as for the requirements of its clients. At present, the firm handles an important volume of appraisals, which entails a great responsibility taking into account the prestige that the firm has in its field of action. During this internship, various activities related to real estate appraisals were developed, providing technical support to the firm, in the different aspects that were required, such as market studies, appraisal reports, field visits, normative analysis, among other activities. Although a manual is presented in which a description and a step by step of some functions to perform.
