Apoyo en la elaboración de diagnóstico actual de los vertimientos al suelo, manejado por la Dirección de Evaluación, Seguimiento y Control Ambiental – DESCA de la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca - CAR

Abstract

Taking into account the decree 50 of january 2018, issued by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, which sets the standard that includes the requirements for the processing and issuance of permits for dumping to the ground as a receiving medium, and in response to the purpose of DESCA that aims to "Advise, formulate and apply the policies, rules and procedures for the exercise of environmental authority through actions of evaluation, monitoring and environmental control of natural resources and ecosystems in the area of ​​jurisdiction of the Corporation", provides a general overview of the current state of vertimientos to the ground generated by industrial activity, specifically in the middle basin of the river Bogotá, so that it has accurate information that allows the correct decision making in response to the regulations current legal said process was carried out during the period between february and july 2018, where a work was carried out to collect and identify information that included the database of users registered by the DESCA group of discharges as main information. originated in response to order 4.59 contained in the judgment of march 28, 2014, where different public entities are obligated, including the Autonomous Regional Corporation of Cundinamarca to update the census of companies and individuals who carry out industrial activities in the hydrographic basin of the Bogotá river. Additionally, information contained in technical reports and in the System of File Management - SAE was adopted, which was later contrasted and analyzed through a geographic information system - GIS, specifically the Geo-environmental portal of the CAR, which allows searching geographic information existing within the Jurisdiction.
