Resumen
Sustainable agriculture is presented as an essential approach to benefit society as a whole, integrating biodiversity and communities in their productive systems. According to Bifani (1994), it is essential that agricultural systems consider all their dimensions to promote development that is socially, economically and environmentally viable. The green growth policy seeks to improve the efficient use of natural resources, such as water and soil, in the economic sectors, reducing negative impacts. However, inefficiency in land use is attributed to multiple barriers, such as lack of support to producers and limited access to technology and knowledge. In this context, a management plan is proposed for Los Cuervos farm, with the objective of improving the quality of life of its inhabitants and promoting sustainable production that values traditional peasant knowledge. The project is developed in three phases: first, a diagnosis is made that analyzes the current situation, identifying needs and opportunities; second, an environmental assessment is carried out that includes land use zoning and evaluation of the environmental impacts of production activities; and finally, an environmental management plan is formulated that includes measures to mitigate negative impacts, as well as a follow-up plan and a contingency plan to deal with emergencies. This approach not only seeks to improve production, but also to promote the transfer of technology and knowledge to the surrounding communities.
