Abstract

The city project is a task granted to high levels of power that do not know the necessary conditions to dignify the life history of social groups, which are devoid of material and immaterial conditions to transform their environment. For this reason, the sphere of communication lowers the level of the local to promote meeting and dialogue scenarios where participation builds the public agenda. So the aCina2 cinema collective with social inclusion has found in the creation and projection of local and community cinema, processes of construction of public space in which individuals are traversed by the experience shared from the audiovisual and where the street becomes the ideal scenario to summon the public about a non-place that allows the meeting of the new civil society.
