Evaluación de un estudio de pre-factibilidad de las alternativas para la construccion de un aula ambiental en la vereda de Pasquilla

Abstract

In the village of Pasquilla, located in the 19th locality of Ciudad Bolivar, there is a rural population that is affected by the urban expansion of the city of Bogotá, mainly by the Doña Juana landfill; although it has the Paramo de la Mercedes, which is a very important tourist and environmental destination for the city. Due to the above, it is pertinent to create an environmental classroom, which allows the community to appropriate its territory through learning and research. In order to start the construction of any engineering project, it is necessary to have prefeasibility, feasibility and viability studies; the construction of an ENVIRONMENTAL CLASSROOM will be based on the plan designed to be able to make a PRE-FACTIBILITY that allows to know an estimate of the costs and the programming, taking into account the different materials of a work with environmental perspective. The following document presents 4 system options for the construction of the environmental classroom, with their respective descriptions, plans and details to make an in-depth analysis and choose the option that fits the budget, time and taste of both GEA and the students.
