Resumen
The present research was proposed to analyze the impact on the adaptation of face-to-face education to ICT-mediated education during the COVID-19 pandemic in the PCLQ, for which a documentary review, creation and application of a closed dichotomous, Likert multiple-choice survey was carried out, making an analysis relating the theoretical framework of reference with the results of the survey. In this way, we qualified the training exercise mediated by information and communication technologies as a mechanism for the continuation of higher education in Colombia. The UDFJC is going through a process of virtualization of all its academic programs due to the health emergency caused by the pandemic, so the PCLQ community rejects in general terms the educational model used by UDFJC, due to the ineffectiveness perceived by most of the respondents, since according to their opinions the ICT-mediated education did not present high levels of learning, it did not address the educational processes. This is solved by the fact that the vast majority did not continue their training through a "virtual education" model after the end of the health crisis due to covid-19. However, some PCLQ members adapted and developed a certain affinity with the virtual modality.
