Aplicación de la metodología scrum para la implementación de una integración de información para la gestión de trazabilidad de los proveedores en el centro de distribución Tenjo en la Empresa Sodimac Colombia

Abstract

In the internship project carried out, quantifiable information is observed and collected, examining and characterizing the activities that make up the supplier collection process, which functions as input for the preparation of user stories and for the development of an integration of information applying Scrum methodology in its management process. The project is composed of three phases that allow defining the central parts of the project, in the first phase the current situation of the supplier collection process is identified for the supplier flow, distribution center, client, through an initial diagnosis of the process that allows Recognize the steps that can be improved and in which the integration of information is carried out. From the diagnosis carried out, the requirements for the integration of information are identified, allowing for the application of the Scrum methodology in terms of the definition and planning of the sprints, monitoring and controlling the progress of the project with the use of Taskboard and burnDown graphs in which the estimated time to carry out the project VS the real time invested in the project was analyzed. In the third phase, pilot tests of the integration of information are carried out identifying the operation of the development carried out and subsequently indicators are established that allow measuring the results obtained with the integration carried out between two platforms involved in the supplier collection process.
