Resumen
In this project the feasibility of the creation of a company of manufacture and commercialization of Achira biscuits was determined. For this, the environment analysis and market, technical, economic and financial studies were carried out. In the analysis of the environment, the factors that can influence the development of the project were evaluated. Within the market study, the target market and the unsatisfied demand were determined. The technical study includes the size of the project, the description of the product, the raw material, machinery and equipment, the stages of the process and the labor required. Finally, the viability of the project was determined by estimating the balance point, the Net Cash Flow and the Sensitivity Analysis. The horizon of the project was raised to three years, in which positive results are presented, based on the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and the Net Present Value (NPV).
