Desarrollo de un Estudio de Prefactibilidad Técnica para una Planta Pulverizadora y Comercializadora de Mango en el Municipio de Mesitas del Colegio Cundinamarca

Abstract

The mango is one of the most consumed tropical fruits in Colombia and in the world, however, in the country the potential of this fruit is still not exploited to the maximum, in large part, because there are no efficient productive processes to transform it, extending its shelf life and maintaining the properties of the fruit. The present project develops a pre-feasibility to implement a mango dust plant, by the method of spray drying, and an economic study developed through a sales projection, with what is intended to give an added value to the product, increasing the gain for the producer, industrialist and anyone who may require it in the different uses that can be imagined.
