Resumen
This entrepreneurship proposal was based on the premise that "all the companies or businesses of the private sector, at present, have their main objective very well established, in particular, their level of profitability is focused on their effort for the different strategies that make it possible to achieve it. " This is how "agricultural companies do not escape this concept so it is very important to improve their productive, technical and economic conditions through the application of tools that lead to know and analyze their behavior in the production process." Therefore, it has been recognized as vitally important in the case of apiculture companies, these, large, medium or small, manage to integrate as business that they are, an administration program that improves their productive performance and achieves that their work operations be efficient. As stated by Martínez (2006, 1) "The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has sought to promote the development of the Bee and Beekeeping Chain of Colombia, following the guidelines expressed in Law 811 of 2000 for this reason. has created the Technical Secretariat of the chain and with the participation of the National Federation of Beekeepers of Colombia FENAPICOL, has developed the present diagnosis of the situation of the chain ". Therefore, it is considered that "Organic beekeeping, at its own scale, is then a tool particularly adapted to attack head-on the great problems that humanity seeks to reduce, which is the only loss of biodiversity worldwide and the economic "(Vandame et al, 2012, 7). Taking into account these approaches, an implementation implementation of a strategy was also carried out as an Entrepreneurship Project, in the El Páramo District, Vía Agua Blanca, Municipality of Subachoque, for which it required an investment of $ 7,762,600 (Seven million seven hundred sixty-two thousand six hundred pesos m / c), of which $ 609,800 (Six hundred nine thousand eight hundred m / c) correspond to the value per hive for a total of 10 hives that were obtained at the end of the project. It also includes the importation of a queen bee. The equilibrium point was obtained seven months ago, which allows to achieve the expected pollen production. After this time, and with the start-up of the project, we obtained a production of 1 to 3 kilos of pollen per hive that became money at $ 11,000 for pollen in wet weight or $ 28,000 for dry pollen at retail; if it is wholesale dry, it would be $ 15,000, approximately.
