Estructuración del plan de negocios para la creación de la empresa Top-Sky S.A.S

Abstract

The main objective of this work is the creation and structuring of a business plan for the company TOP SKY, whose purpose is to apply topography, in a wide range of options, managing as a base and central axis the photographs and cartographies taken with UAV technologies. To propose the necessary components such as viability, objectives, execution and development that the company can handle, for business development in the commercial area; in order to guarantee the optimal development of the business plan, providing a high level of quality, controlled prices and efficient times for the different types of work, which can range from civil works, such as the construction of roads, dams, aqueducts, sewers and related; to areas related to the cadastre, risk analysis, agriculture, geographic information systems (GIS), and issues at the societal level related to land use plans or zoning studies, at the cultural level, in a given area. For this, it is necessary to inquire about the current scope that this type of technology manages and incorporate them in the different branches that are reflected in the business plan; Likewise, carrying out the necessary feasibility process, in each field of work, that manages to guarantee the best results in terms of quality and economy. Relying on the creation of price tables, which clearly classify the different steps that are planned to be carried out in the area, and which fulfill the obtaining of final information that can be applied to different types of studies, which are determined by the contracting company. This in order to calculate the necessary inputs for the collection and processing of information, in addition to checking the different problems that can be found and solving them optimally for the company and its contractors.
