Resumen
The need to make contributions to the integral training of the student subjects, under the perspective of critical mathematical education, was the fundamental element of the approach of this proposal, whose intention was to identify elements to take into account in the integral formation of subjects Which pass through a proposed Learning Environment that involves aspects of the arithmetic transition to algebra and food sovereignty. We used action research in the implementation of Learning Environments from the perspective of Critical Mathematics Education as a methodology that allows identifying ethical, cognitive, cultural and socio-political elements through the recognition of problems specific to the student context, emphasizing In the environmental type and at the same time reflecting on the alternatives that can be generated in this process.
