Resumen
This paper It is to make an assessment of the interpretative competence from a comparative diagnosis in two schools in Bogotá city, Llano oriental I.E.D, and the school technical commercial Manuela Beltrán I.E.D, specifically students in fifth grade. This stage is important because children are more capable of learning through play, are also in search of their personality and their role in society. To highlight and identify weaknesses, strengths and the importance of teaching practices in arts education, this paper is done through a test designed under the concepts managed by the Ministry of Education determines the minimum skills developed at each level of education also took as the main artistic proposals concerning assessment made by Elliot Eisner as: Production, criticized, and Conceptual. It was investigated and the development of classes, the plan area, and their relevance to the curriculum presented by the MEN is analyzed for Arts Education; to determine how the context and classroom practices which are different in each institution and how this affects the cognitive development of students. From the results may reflect why some institutions are still not fully assigned parameters in practices and contained in the Artistic Education area significantly affect the learning processes of students.
