Resumen
A study was carried out on the relationship between the center of plantar pressure and the postural angles, for the visualization of the results a software was made that graphs an approximation of the maximum displacement of the COP in static standing from the postural angles measured with the system Technology MSC Technaid motion capture. For the study, the results of the measurements of the COP made to a group of people with a Wii Balance Board connected to the PC by Bluetooth were taken into account. The analysis of the relationship between the COP and the postural angles was based on the geometry expressed by the position of the sensors and on a simplification of an inverted pendulum system. The software was made with the Matlab tool that provides the bases of the interface and a high-level programming language. As a result, a software capable of loading the data obtained from the Tech MSC was obtained, and from these graphically represent an approximation to the maximum displacement of the plantar pressure center between the two feet. Thanks to this computer tool you can reduce costs by not having to buy a system that measures the plant pressure center.
