Abstract

In the structural road projects there are two important factors that allow the construction to be properly developed in legal, technical and administrative terms, among others, the first factor is the construction company because it carries out the studies, design and construction of the road(s) .If there are faults in any of these phases the final result will not have the characteristics of durability and quality that are required in any type of roadworks. The second factor is the auditory, which is in charge of taking control from the beginning to the final delivery of the road project. The audit should monitor the fulfillment of the contract, technical studies, designs, procedures, policies, in conclusion everything that requires for the proper execution of the project.
