Resumen
The purpose of this research is to design a sports intelligence model for decision-making processes at the Taekwondo Dynasty club, obtaining specific data on the athletes and the human talent that is part of it. The initial question posed is: What strategies can be implemented using sports intelligence to strengthen taekwondo? The methodology used is sequential exploratory Dexplos since the findings of the different phases are both qualitative and quantitative. The initial phase is derivative, including criteria such as big data, sports data analysis, sports statistical analysis, competitive intelligence, and sports intelligence through various databases. The second phase is comparative, based on documentary results, analysis of 23 international federations, the national taekwondo federation, and the District Institute of Recreation and Sports (IDRD). Subsequently, based on the investigated data, a third application phase is reached, which involves integrating phases one and two within the Taekwondo Dynasty club. This allows the researcher from the GIAD research group to apply sports intelligence for the continuous improvement of the organization, by obtaining technical and sports medical, administrative, psychological, and socioeconomic data. The data are visualized in interactive Power BI reports, which are useful for the internal management of the club. The aim is to generate a sports intelligence model with the variables found in the application phase, integrating deep learning for process automation, focusing on social, economic, and environmental impacts.
