Resumen
This research work was carried out in the Curriculum project in Children Pedagogy in the line of deepening subjectivity, diversity and aesthetics of the Faculty of Sciences and Education of the Francisco José de Caldas District University in Bogotá. The research consisted in constructing a pedagogical proposal of cooperative negotiation of conflict resolution in the 501 grade of the day of the Brasilia-Usme FDI, which contributed to the formation of the political in the children and to the development of their subjectivities, this was analyzed from research and analysis categories such as inter-subjectivity, power, conflict, action and cooperative negotiation.
The mythological route that was used was qualitative research with a focus on Research Action, thus developing three moments in the research: I Contrition of the problem, II fieldwork, II Interpretation, working the main problem that was identified in the institution: problems of coexistence in grades five. In this way the work culminates with a pedagogical reflection on the results of the research and the achievements and difficulties in the process are indicated.
